Hive IM’s ‘Dungeon Stalkers’ surprise test conducted – Inven VRESP

‘Dungeon Stalkers’, a PvPvE extraction RPG that was enjoyed by more than 100,000 players at the Steam Next Fest last February, will be holding a surprise test on Steam for four days starting on the 23rd.

On the 16th, the ‘Dungeon Stalkers’ management announced a surprise test that will be held from the 23rd to the 26th through the official community channel and Steam page news. On the 2nd, the ‘Dungeon Stalkers’ community manager announced a surprise test and the development of new characters.

This test applies various improvements and additional elements such as new characters, modes, system improvements, and quests.

First, through testing, Rene appears as a playable character. Rene will be portrayed as an immortal vampire and summoner. The newly added new mode, Battlefield, is a PvP-focused mode where you survive until the end and become the winner. Additionally, a daily quest system is added, and new equipment parts such as necklaces, rings, and pants are added.

If you are not satisfied with the equipment stats, you can obtain better equipment through the equipment stat regeneration function and equipment production function. Decorating your own lobby and dancing as an interactive feature will also add to the fun of the game.

In addition, various new changes will be applied, such as ranking by mode, random matching of one person in a two-person party, party-based voice chat, and UI changes.

‘Dungeon Stalkers’ is the first work produced by producer Han Dae-hoon, who led ‘Smashing the Battle’, ‘Overton’, and ‘Metallic Child’ as a one-man developer, since joining Action Square. Hive IM, which anticipated the potential of the work, invested early on in Action Square and took charge of global publishing. Additionally, at the Steam Next Fest last February, it was listed as one of the games with the most demos played, proving the interest of fans.

The surprise test of ‘Dungeon Stalkers’ will be held on Steam for four days from 10 AM on the 23rd to 11 PM on the 26th.
